A Bill to make provision about the surrender, production or other delivery up of driving licences, or test certificates, in relation to certain offences; to make provision in relation to identifying persons in connection with fixed penalty notices, conditional offers and the payment of fixed penalties under the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988; and for connected purposes.

This is the third commencement order made by the Welsh Ministers under the Local Government Byelaws (Wales) Act 2012 (“the 2012 Act”).

The Preston (Electoral Changes) Order 2018

This Order makes changes to electoral arrangements for the city of Preston following recommendations made by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England. The area of the city remains unchanged. The changes made by this Order apply in respect of local government elections held on and after the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2019.
