The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges for the 900 MHz Frequency Band and the 1800 MHz Frequency Band) Regulations 2018
These Regulations increase the level of fees payable to OFCOM in respect of the licences of the Public Wireless Networks licence class granted under section 8 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 (c. 36) for the use of the frequencies in the bands 880.0–960.0 MHz and 1710.0–1880.0 MHz.

The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018
These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under paragraphs (a), (c) and (g) of section 8(2)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
