The Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Parental Orders) Regulations 2018

These Regulations are made as a consequence of the introduction of section 54A to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008 (“the 2008 Act”), by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008 (Remedial) Order 2018 (S. I. 2018/000). Section 54A makes provision for parental orders to be granted under that Act to one applicant only.

The Equine Identification (England) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) (in particular under section 8(2)(a), (d) and (g)), in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union. These Regulations are also made in exercise of the powers in section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (c. 68) for reasons unconnected to the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union.

The Textile Products (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(a), (b), (d) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Timeshare, Holiday Products, Resale and Exchange Contracts (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(c), 8(2)(g) and 8(3)(a) of the 2018 Act) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
