These Regulations amend the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (c. 69) (“the Act”) in order to implement in Great Britain requirements contained in the Agreement on international humane trapping standards concluded between the European Community, the Government of Canada and the Government of the Russian Federation (“the Agreement”).
