The Homes and Communities Agency (Transfer of Property etc.) Regulations 2019
Section 53A(1) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (c. 17) allows the Secretary of State to make one or more schemes for the transfer to the Homes and Communities Agency of designated property, rights or liabilities of a specified public body. These Regulations specify various NHS Trusts for that purpose.

The Equine Identification (Wales) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau Adnabod Ceffylau (Cymru) 2019
These Regulations supplement, and make provision for the enforcement, of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/262 (the “EU Regulation”) in Wales. They provide for the identification of equines, and replace the Equine Identification (Wales) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/2470) (W. 199).

The Agricultural Holdings (Units of Production) (Wales) Order 2019 / Gorchymyn Daliadau Amaethyddol (Unedau Cynhyrchu) (Cymru) 2019
This Order prescribes units of production for the assessment of the productive capacity of agricultural land situated in Wales and sets out the amount which is to be regarded as the net annual income from each such unit for the year 12 September 2018 to 11th September 2019 for certain purposes of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 (“the 1986 Act”).

The Value Added Tax (Finance) (EU Exit) Order 2019
This Order amends Group 5 of Schedule 9 to the Value Added Tax Act 1994 (exemptions: finance) to (i) extend exemption to the management of what are termed ‘recognised pension funds’ and (ii) remove the restriction on the type of assets that a close-ended collective investment undertaking can invest in in order for its management to qualify for exemption.
