The Family Procedure Rules 2010 and Court of Protection Rules 2017 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) (the 2018 Act) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular paragraph g of section 8(2)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Creative Europe Programme and Europe for Citizens Programme (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular provisions which have no practical application in relation to the United Kingdom or any part of it or are otherwise redundant or substantially redundant as set out in section 8(2)(a)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Railways (Access, Management and Licensing of Railway Undertakings) (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

Regulations 9(a), 13(b) and (c) and 21(b) are made in exercise of the powers in section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (c. 68) in order to take advantage of derogations from provisions of directly applicable EU tertiary legislation which apply at the option of individual Member States.
