The Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) (Wales) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau Pysgota Môr (Trwyddedau a Hysbysiadau) (Cymru) 2019

These Regulations relate to licences issued in respect of Welsh fishing boats under sections 4 and 4A of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 (c. 84), and to notices varying, suspending or revoking such licences. They revoke and replace, in relation to such licences and notices, the Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/2813).

Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn ymwneud â thrwyddedau a roddir mewn perthynas â chychod pysgota Cymreig o dan adrannau 4 a 4A o Ddeddf Pysgota Môr (Cadwraeth) 1967 (p. 84), ac â hysbysiadau sy’n amrywio, yn atal neu’n dirymu trwyddedau o’r fath. Mewn perthynas â’r trwyddedau a’r hysbysiadau hyn, mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn dirymu ac yn disodli Rheoliadau Pysgota Môr (Trwyddedau a Hysbysiadau) 1994 (O.S. 1994/2813).

The Forest Reproductive Material (Great Britain) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau Deunyddiau Atgenhedlol y Goedwig (Prydain Fawr) (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2019

These Regulations amend the Forest Reproductive Material (Great Britain) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/3026) (“the Principal Regulations”) in relation to Wales.

Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau Deunyddiau Atgenhedlol y Goedwig (Prydain Fawr) 2002 (O.S. 2002/3026) (“y Prif Reoliadau”) o ran Cymru.

The Quality and Safety of Organs Intended for Transplantation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in sections 8(1) and 23(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(a), (f) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union.

The Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(a), (b), (c), (f) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
