The Law Applicable to Contractual Obligations and Non-Contractual Obligations (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(a), (b), (c) and (g) of that Act) arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union.

The Cat and Dog Fur (Control of Import, Export and Placing on the Market) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations amend Regulation (EC) 1523/2007 banning the placing on the market and import to, or export from, the Community of cat and dog fur, and products containing such fur (OJ L 343, 27.12.2007, p.1) and the Cat and Dog Fur (Control of Import, Export and Placing on the Market) Regulations 2008. These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act2018 (c. 16)in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (and in particular the deficiencies referred to in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), and (g) of section 8(2)).

The Tees Combined Cycle Power Plant Order 2019

This Order authorises Sembcorp Utilities (UK) Limited (referred to in this Order as the Undertaker) to construct, operate and maintain an electricity generating station with a nominal net electrical output capacity of up to 1,700 MWe (1,748 MWe gross) at ISO Conditions together with associated development located on land within the Wilton International site, Teesside.
