The Law Enforcement and Security (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1) and 23(1) and (2) of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) (“the Withdrawal Act”) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(a) to (d) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union (“the EU”). Part 14 of these Regulations (extradition) is also made in part in reliance on various powers in the Extradition Act 2003 (c. 41) (“the 2003 Act”).

The National Health Service (Cross-Border Healthcare and Miscellaneous Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c.16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
