These Regulations amend a number of instruments in consequence of the enactment of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (S.I. 2016/1024) (“the 2016 Rules”), the Insolvency (Scotland) (Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administration) Rules 2018 (S.I. 2018/1082) and the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 (S.I. 2018/347) (together, “the 2018 Rules”) which came into force on 6th April 2017 and 6th April 2019 respectively.
