Section 145(1) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (anaw 4) (“the 2014 Act”) enables the Welsh Ministers to issue codes on the exercise of social services functions. Section 145(3) of the 2014 Act requires local authorities, when exercising social services functions, to act in accordance with any relevant requirements contained in a code and to have regard to any relevant guidelines contained in the code.
Mae adran 145(1) o Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014 (dccc 4) (“Deddf 2014”) yn galluogi Gweinidogion Cymru i ddyroddi codau ar arfer swyddogaethau gwasanaethau cymdeithasol. Mae adran 145(3) o Ddeddf 2014 yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i awdurdodau lleol, wrth arfer swyddogaethau gwasanaethau cymdeithasol, weithredu yn unol ag unrhyw ofynion perthnasol sydd wedi eu cynnwys mewn cod a rhoi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau perthnasol sydd wedi eu cynnwys yn y cod.
