The Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) (Amendment) Regulations 2019
These Regulations amend the Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) Regulations 2015 (the “principal Regulations”) which make provision about the charges payable under the scheme for the recovery of NHS charges in cases where an injured person who receives a compensation payment in respect of their injury has received NHS hospital treatment or ambulance services.

The National Health Service (Clinical Negligence Scheme for General Practice) Regulations 2019
These Regulations establish the National Health Service Clinical Negligence Scheme for General Practice (the “Scheme”) and come into force on 1st April 2019. The Regulations apply only in relation to services provided as part of the NHS in England.

The Proscribed Organisations (Name Change) Order 2019
Part 2 of the Terrorism Act 2000 (c. 11) makes provision about proscribed organisations (including setting out offences in relation to such organisations in sections 11 to 13). An organisation is proscribed if it is listed in Schedule 2 to that Act or, in most cases, if it operates under the same name as an organisation so listed (section 3(1)).
