The National Health Service (Paramedic Independent Prescriber and Paramedic Supplementary Prescriber) (Wales) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Parafeddyg-Ragnodydd Annibynnol a Pharafeddyg-Ragnodydd Atodol) (Cymru) (Diwygiadau Amrywiol) 2019

These Regulations amend the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Wales) Regulations 2004, the National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Wales) Regulations 2007 and the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Wales) Regulations 2013 to extend the definition of prescriber to include paramedic independent prescribers. They also amend the definition of supplementary prescriber in those Regulations to include paramedic supplementary prescribers.

Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Contractau Gwasanaethau Meddygol Cyffredinol) (Cymru) 2004, Rheoliadau’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Presgripsiynau am Ddim a Ffioedd am Gyffuriau a Chyfarpar) (Cymru) 2007 a Rheoliadau’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Gwasanaethau Fferyllol) (Cymru) 2013 i estyn y diffiniad o ragnodydd i gynnwys parafeddygon-ragnodwyr annibynnol. Maent hefyd yn diwygio’r diffiniad o ragnodydd atodol yn y Rheoliadau hynny i gynnwys parafeddygon-ragnodwyr atodol.

The Accounts and Reports (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations (with the exception of Schedule 1) are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular arising under paragraphs (d), (f) and (g) of section 8(2) of the Act) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
