The Town and Country Planning (Blight Provisions) (Wales) Order 2019 / Gorchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Darpariaethau Malltod) (Cymru) 2019
The blight notice provisions in sections 149 to 171 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (“the Act”) enable persons holding certain interests in categories of land (including land affected by certain planning and highway proposals) to require the appropriate authority to acquire their interest in the land. The categories of land are specified in Schedule 13 to the Act.
Mae’r darpariaethau ynglŷn â hysbysiadau malltod yn adrannau 149 i 171 o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 (“y Ddeddf”) yn galluogi personau sydd â buddiannau penodol mewn categorïau o dir (gan gynnwys tir y mae cynigion cynllunio a chynigion priffyrdd penodol yn effeithio arno) i’w gwneud yn ofynnol i’r awdurdod priodol gaffael eu buddiant yn y tir. Mae’r categorïau o dir wedi eu pennu yn Atodlen 13 i’r Ddeddf.

These Regulations amend the Electricity (Offshore Generating Stations) (Applications for Consent) (Wales) Regulations 2019 (“the Applications for Consent Regulations”), the Electricity (Offshore Generating Stations) (Inquiries Procedure) (Wales) Regulations 2019 (“the Inquiries Procedure Regulations”) and the Electricity (Offshore Generating Stations) (Variation of Consents) (Wales) Regulations 2019 (“the Variation of Consents Regulations”).
