The Code of Practice for Local Authority Adoption Services (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2019 / Gorchymyn y Cod Ymarfer ar gyfer Gwasanaethau Mabwysiadu Awdurdodau Lleol (Diwrnod Penodedig) (Cymru) 2019
This Order appoints 29 April 2019 as the day on which the code of practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to local authority adoption services comes into force (“the code of practice”).
Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn penodi 29 Ebrill 2019 fel y diwrnod y daw’r cod ymarfer ar arfer swyddogaethau gwasanaethau cymdeithasol mewn perthynas â gwasanaethau mabwysiadu awdurdodau lleol i rym (“y cod ymarfer”).

The Common Fisheries Policy (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019
These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) (in particular under section 8(2)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (g)) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (under paragraphs (a), (b), (d), and (g) of section 8(2)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
