These Regulations make amendments to the Common Agricultural Policy Non-IACS Support Schemes (Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2004 (“the 2004 Regulations”) and the Trade in Animals and Related Products (Wales) Regulations 2011 (“the 2011 Regulations”) in exercise of powers in section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (c. 68).

The Trade etc. in Dual-Use Items and Firearms etc. (Amendment) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019
These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under paragraphs (a), (b) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

These Regulations are made, in part, in exercise of the powers conferred by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular the deficiencies referred to in paragraphs (a) to (d) and (g) of section 8(2)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
