The National Health Service (Amendments Relating to Serious Shortage Protocols) (Wales) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Diwygiadau sy’n Ymwneud â Phrotocolau Prinder Difrifol) (Cymru) 2019
These Regulations amend the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Wales) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/898 (W. 102)) (“the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations”). The Pharmaceutical Services Regulations govern the arrangements for the provision of pharmaceutical and local pharmaceutical services in Wales, under Part 7 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c. 42).
Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Gwasanaethau Fferyllol) (Cymru) 2013 (O.S. 2013/898 (Cy. 102)) (“y Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Fferyllol”).
