The Drax Power (Generating Stations) Order 2019
This Order authorises Drax Power Limited (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to construct, operate and maintain up to two gas fired electricity generating stations and up to two battery storage energy facilities. The Order would permit the undertaker to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.

The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) Order 2019
This Order relates to the control of certain drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (c. 38) (‘the Act’). Paragraph 1(ca) of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act controls a range of synthetic cannabinoids as Class B drugs. Article 2 of this Order amends that paragraph to reduce the range of synthetic cannabinoids controlled.
