The Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2019
These Regulations amend the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/470) (“the Principal Regulations”), which were made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998 (c. 30) and make provision for the repayment of income-contingent student loans in England and Wales.

The Nutrition (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau Maethiad (Diwygiadau Amrywiol) (Cymru) (Ymadael â’r UE) 2019
These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 2 and paragraph 21(b) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
