These Regulations amend the Working Tax Credit (Entitlement and Maximum Rate) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/2005) (“the Entitlement Regulations”), the Tax Credits (Definition and Calculation of Income) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/2006) (“the Income Regulations”), the Child Tax Credit Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/2007) (“the Child Tax Credit Regulations”), the Tax Credits (Claims and Notifications) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/2014), the Tax Credits Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/3036), the Tax Credits (Residence) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/654) (“the Residence Regulations”), the Tax Credits (Official Error) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/692), the Tax Credits (Polygamous Marriages) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/742) (“the Polygamous Marriages Regulations”), the Child Benefit and Guardian’s Allowance (Administration) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/492) (“the Child Benefit and Guardian’s Allowance Regulations”), the Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/223) (“the Child Benefit Regulations”) and the Childcare Payments Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/522) (“the Childcare Regulations”).

The Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations amend Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC (the “eIDAS Regulation”) as retained by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. They revoke the provisions relating to electronic identification; they amend the provisions relating to trust services for electronic transactions.

The Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018

These Regulations amend the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/2426) (the “2003 Regulations”) so as to prohibit direct marketing in relation to occupational or personal pension schemes (“pensions cold calling”).

The INSPIRE (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c.16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. They relate to the categories of deficiencies in retained EU law specified in section 8(2)(a), (b), (d) and (g) of that Act.

The Climate Change (Carbon Budgets) (Wales) Regulations 2018 / Rheoliadau Newid yn yr Hinsawdd (Cyllidebau Carbon) (Cymru) 2018

These Regulations provide for a maximum total amount for the net Welsh emissions account (a carbon budget) for the first two budgetary periods, 2016-2020 and 2021- 2025, provided for in section 31(3) of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016.

The Climate Change (International Aviation and International Shipping) (Wales) Regulations 2018 / Rheoliadau Newid yn yr Hinsawdd (Hedfan Rhyngwladol a Morgludiant Rhyngwladol) (Cymru) 2018

These Regulations provide a formula for determining what emissions of greenhouse gases from international aviation and international shipping are to be regarded as Welsh emissions for the purposes of section 34(2) of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016.

The European Economic Interest Grouping (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under paragraphs (a), (b), (d) and (g) of section 8(2)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
