The Local Government Finance Act 1988 (Non-Domestic Rating Multipliers) (England) Order 2019

In relation to England, the small business non-domestic rating multiplier is calculated in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 7 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 for each financial year when new rating lists are not being compiled.

The Network and Information Systems (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) (“the Act”) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) of section 8(2)) which apply to this instrument arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the EU.

The Waste and Environmental Protection (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c.16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular the deficiencies referred to in paragraphs (a), (d) and (g) of section 8(2)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Children and Social Work Act 2017 (Commencement No. 6 and Saving Provision) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are the sixth commencement regulations made under the Children and Social Work Act 2017 (c. 16) (“the Act”). Section 10, Schedule 1, and Part 3 of the Act came into force when the Act was passed by virtue of section 70 of the Act.
