The Combined Authorities (Mayoral Elections) (Amendment) Order 2019

This Order amends the Combined Authorities (Mayoral Elections) Order 2017 (S.I. 2017/67) (“the 2017 Order”). The amendments made by this Order will apply in relation to combined authority mayoral elections taking place in England in respect of which the date of the poll stated in the notice of the election is on or after 2nd May 2019.

The Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships and Partnerships (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular arising under paragraphs (a), (c), (d), and (g) of section 8(2) of the Act) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Local Health Boards (Area Change) (Wales) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2019 / Gorchymyn Byrddau Iechyd Lleol (Newid Ardaloedd) (Cymru) (Diwygiadau Amrywiol) 2019

This Order changes the areas of Cwm Taf University Local Health Board and Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Local Health Board and also changes their names.

The Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) (Amendment) Regulations 2019

These Regulations amend the Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) Regulations 2015 (the “principal Regulations”) which make provision about the charges payable under the scheme for the recovery of NHS charges in cases where an injured person who receives a compensation payment in respect of their injury has received NHS hospital treatment or ambulance services.

The National Health Service (Clinical Negligence Scheme for General Practice) Regulations 2019

These Regulations establish the National Health Service Clinical Negligence Scheme for General Practice (the “Scheme”) and come into force on 1st April 2019. The Regulations apply only in relation to services provided as part of the NHS in England.
