The Regulated Services (Annual Returns and Registration) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Rheoleiddiedig (Datganiadau Blynyddol a Chofrestru) (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2019

These Regulations amend the Regulated Services (Annual Returns) (Wales) Regulations 2017 (“the Annual Returns Regulations”) and the Regulated Services (Registration) (Wales) Regulations 2017 (“the Registration Regulations”).

The Amendments Relating to the Provision of Integrated Care Regulations 2019

These Regulations amend secondary legislation relating to the National Health Service, and the regulation of the medical professions in consequence of the implementation of integrated care provider (“ICP”) contracts. ICP contracts will be a single contract, through which general practice, wider NHS and, in some cases, local authority services can be commissioned from a lead provider organisation, responsible for delivering integrated care.

The Justification Decision Power (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) (“the Act”) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(g) of the Act) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. The Regulations extend to the whole of the United Kingdom.
