This Order prescribes conditions for the purposes of section 512ZB of the Education Act 1996 (c. 56).

The Nutrition (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau Maethiad (Diwygiadau Amrywiol) (Cymru) (Ymadael â’r UE) 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 2 and paragraph 21(b) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn wedi eu gwneud drwy arfer y pwerau ym mharagraff 1(1) o Atodlen 2 a pharagraff 21(b) o Atodlen 7 i Ddeddf yr Undeb Ewropeaidd (Ymadael) 2018 (p. 16), er mwyn ymdrin ag unrhyw fethiant yng nghyfraith yr UE a ddargedwir i weithredu’n effeithiol a diffygion eraill sy’n deillio o ymadawiad y Deyrnas Unedig â’r Undeb Ewropeaidd.

The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are primarily made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16), together with various other domestic powers, in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g) of section 8(2) of that Act) arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union. Part 5 contains amendments made under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (c. 68), which implement aspects of Article 32 of Directive 2006/43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on statutory audits of annual accounts and consolidated accounts (OJ No. 157 09.06.2006, p. 87).

The Access to the Countryside (Coastal Margin) (Skegness to Mablethorpe) Order 2019

This Order appoints the day on which the access preparation period ends in relation to land which is coastal margin as a result of the approval by the Secretary of State of Natural England’s proposals contained in a report relating to coastal access along the long-distance route from Skegness to Mablethorpe. The Legal Services Act 2007 (Designation as a Licensing Authority) Order 2019

This Order designates the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (“CILEx”) as a licensing authority under Part 5 (alternative business structures) of the Legal Services Act 2007 (c. 29) (“the Act”) in relation to the exercise of a right of audience, the conduct of litigation, reserved instrument activities, probate activities and the administration of oaths. Part 5 of the Act makes provision about licensing authorities and their functions. CILEx is already an approved regulator in relation to these reserved legal activities by virtue of Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Act, the Legal Services Act 2007 (Approved Regulators) Order 2011 (S.I. 2011/1118) and the Legal Services Act 2007 (Approved Regulator) (No. 2) Order (S.I. 2014/2937). Designation as a licensing authority will allow CILEx to license alternative business structures, which are businesses wholly or partly owned or controlled by non-lawyers, to provide legal services, or a mixture of legal and other services, to the public.
