The Organic Products (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(d) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Exotic Disease (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of powers in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c.16) to address failures of domestic legislation to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular, under paragraphs (a), (d) and (g) of section 8(2) of the Act) in EU-derived domestic legislation arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Electricity (Individual Exemptions from the Requirement for a Transmission Licence) (England and Wales) Order 2019

This Order grants exemptions from section 4(1)(b) of the Electricity Act 1989 (c. 29), which prohibits the transmission of electricity for supply without a licence. The companies granted exemptions are Race Bank Wind Farm Limited in respect of Race Bank Offshore Wind Farm, Galloper Wind Farm Limited in respect of Galloper Offshore Wind Farm, Walney Extension Limited in respect of Walney Extension Wind Farm and Rampion Offshore Wind Limited in respect of Rampion Offshore Wind Farm.

The Mission and Pastoral etc. (Amendment) Measure 2018 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2019

This Order brings the remaining provisions of the Mission and Pastoral etc. (Amendment) Measure 2018 into force on 1st March 2019. The provisions being commenced on that date are section 3(5)(b) and (c), (6), (9) and (10) and section 4(1) and (4) (so far as not already in force).

The Railways (Access, Management and Licensing of Railway Undertakings) (Amendment) Regulations 2019

These Regulations implement, for a transitory period ending at the end of 31st December 2020, Directive (EU) 2016/2370 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2016 amending Directive 2012/34/EU as regards the opening of the market for domestic passenger transport services by rail and the governance of the railway infrastructure.

The EU Export Credits Legislation (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations relate to Regulation (EU)1233/2011 on the application of certain guidelines in the field of officially supported export credits (and any delegated regulations made under it), Directive 98/29/EC on harmonisation of the main provisions concerning export credit insurance for transactions with medium and long term cover, Council Decision 82/854/EEC on the rules applicable, in the fields of export guarantees and finance for export, to certain subcontracts with parties in other Member States of the European Communities or in non-member countries and Council Decision 2006/789/EC on consultation and information procedures in matters of credit insurance, credit guarantees and financial credits.
