The Secretaries of State for Health and Social Care and for Housing, Communities and Local Government and Transfer of Functions (Commonhold Land) Order 2018

This Order in Council is made under sections 1 and 2 of the Ministers of the Crown Act 1975. It makes provision for, and in connection with, the transfer of functions from the Secretary of State for Health to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care and from the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government. It also makes provision for the transfer of functions in relation to commonhold land.

The Early Years Foundation Stage (Exemption from Learning and Development Requirements) and Local Authority (Duty to Secure Early Years Provision Free of Charge) (Amendment) Regulations 2018

These Regulations provide for an exemption to the learning and development requirements as set out in the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (“the Framework Document”) for schools taking part in the Early Adopters Pilot.

The Health Service Medicines (Price Control Penalties and Price Control Appeals Amendment) Regulations 2018

These Regulations relate principally to the circumstances where, for the supply of a health service medicine, a manufacturer or supplier charges in excess of the limit specified in a direction given under section 262(1)(a) of the National Health Service Act 2006 (“NHS Act 2006”).

The Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2018

These Regulations bring into force specified provisions in Part 5 (Digital Government) of the Digital Economy Act 2017 (c.30), which provide information-sharing powers for public authorities and other persons, and access to information for the Statistics Board (which is usually known as the UK Statistics Authority).

The Wigan Borough Council (Scotman’s Flash, Wigan Canal Bridge) Scheme 2017 Confirmation Instrument 2018

This instrument confirms a Scheme to construct over the navigable waters of the Leeds Liverpool Canal, the bridge specified in the Schedule to this Scheme as part of the highway which they are proposing to divert and construct a new section thereof from its junction with A49 Goose Green to the Westwood Park Link Road, Poolstock in the Borough of Wigan.
