The Wales Act 2017 (Welsh Harbours) (Transitional Provisions and Savings) Regulations 2018
Section 29 of the Wales Act 2017 transfers certain functions, which were exercisable by a Minister of the Crown in relation to Welsh harbours, to the Welsh Ministers with effect from 1st April 2018.

The Plant Health etc. (Fees) (England) Regulations 2018
These Regulations, which apply to England only, specify fees payable to the Secretary of State in relation to plant health services and the certification of seed potatoes and fruit plants and fruit plant propagating material. They revoke and replace the Plant Health Fees (England) Regulations 2014 (S.I. 2014/601).

The Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2018
These Regulations amend the Education (Student Loan) (Repayment) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/470) (“the Principal Regulations”), which were made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998 (c. 30) and make provision for the repayment of income-contingent student loans in England and Wales.

The Plant Health (Export Certification) (England) (Amendment) Order 2018
This Order amends the Plant Health (Export Certification) (England) Order 2004 (S.I. 2004/1404) to provide for increases in the fees payable for services in respect of applications for phytosanitary certificates (including phytosanitary certificates for re-export) and related pre-export services.

The Jam and Similar Products (Wales) Regulations 2018 / Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Jam a Chynhyrchion Tebyg (Cymru) 2018
These Regulations, which apply in relation to Wales, provide for the continuing implementation of Council Directive 2001/113/EC relating to fruit jams, jellies and marmalades and sweetened chestnut purée intended for human consumption (OJ No L 10, 12.1.2002, p. 67). They also retain existing national measures relating to curds, lemon cheese and mincemeat. The Regulations revoke and replace the Jam and Similar Products (Wales) Regulations 2004 (S.I. 2004/553 (W. 56)).
