The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges for the 3.4 GHz Frequency Band and the 3.6 GHz Frequency Band) Regulations 2019

These Regulations set the level of charges payable to OFCOM in respect of the licences of the Spectrum Access 3.5 GHz licence class granted under section 8 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 (c.36) for the use of the frequencies in the bands 3480.0-3500.0 MHz and 3580.0-3600.0 MHz.

The Smart Export Guarantee Order 2019

This Order makes arrangements in connection with the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG), which provides for payments to be made to generators of small-scale low-carbon electricity generation. Other provisions of the SEG are contained in modifications made under section 41 of the Energy Act 2008 to the standard conditions of energy supply licences (“the SEG licence conditions”), which are available from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, 1 Victoria Street, London, SW1H 0ET.

The East Anglia THREE Offshore Wind Farm (Amendment) Order 2019

This Order amends The East Anglia THREE Offshore Wind Farm Order 2017, a development consent order under the Planning Act 2008, following an application made in accordance with the Infrastructure Planning (Changes to, and Revocation of, Development Consent Orders) Regulations 2011 for a non-material change under paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to the Planning Act 2008. Amendments to the Order include changes to the detailed offshore design parameters and an increase to the maximum generating capacity permitted for the development to 1,400MW.
