The Social Housing Rents (Exceptions and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2019
These Regulations amend the Social Housing Rents (Exceptions and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2016 which, amongst other things, define affordable rent housing for the purposes of the Welfare Reform and Work Act 2016 (c. 7).

These Regulations amend the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Temporary Use in Great Britain) Regulations 1996 (“the 1996 Regulations”) to accommodate bilateral international agreements on road transport entered into by the United Kingdom.

The Fisheries, Aquaculture and Marine (Functions Exercisable in or as Regards Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) (in particular under section 8(2)(g)) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
