The Crown Dependencies Customs Union (Isle of Man) (EU Exit) Order 2019

Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order contains an Exchange of Letters between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Isle of Man relating to the Customs and Excise (Amendment) Arrangement 2018 (“the Arrangement”). Part 2 of the Schedule contains the text of the Arrangement. The Exchange of Letters and the Arrangement are “arrangements establishing a customs union” between the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man for the purposes of section31(2) of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018.

The Crown Dependencies Customs Union (Jersey) (EU Exit) Order 2019

Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order contains an Exchange of Letters between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of Jersey relating to an Arrangement concerning the Establishment and Operation of the United Kingdom-Crown Dependencies Customs Union (“the Arrangement”). Part 2 of the Schedule contains the text of the Arrangement. The Exchange of Letters and the Arrangement are “arrangements establishing a customs union” between the United Kingdom and Jersey for the purposes of section31(2) of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018.

The Double Taxation Relief and International Tax Enforcement (Austria) Order 2019

The Schedule to the Order contains a Convention and Protocol (“the Arrangements”) between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Republic of Austria dealing with the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion and avoidance. The Order brings the Arrangements into effect.

The Money Laundering and Transfer of Funds (Information) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (and in particular the deficiencies referred to in paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (f) of subsection (2)). They amend the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, the Oversight of Professional Body Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Supervision Regulations 2017 and Regulation (EU) 2015/847 of the European Union and of the Council on information accompanying transfers of funds and repealing Regulation (EC) No 178/2006 (OJ L141, 5.6.2015, p.1). They also revoke Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1108 of 7th May 2018 supplementing Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regulatory technical standards on the criteria for the appointment of central contact points for electronic money issuers and payment service providers and with rules on their functions.

The Broadcasting (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations, except regulation 7, are made in exercise of the powers in section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular, deficiencies falling within subsection (2)(a), (c), (d), (f) or (g) of section 8) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
