Part 1 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (“the Act”) introduces a new system of regulation of care and support services in Wales, replacing that established under the Care Standards Act 2000.
Mae Rhan 1 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio ac Arolygu Gofal Cymdeithasol (Cymru) 2016 (“y Ddeddf”) yn cyflwyno system newydd o reoleiddio gwasanaethau gofal a chymorth yng Nghymru, gan ddisodli’r un a sefydlwyd o dan Ddeddf Safonau Gofal 2000.

These Regulations are made under the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and set out the regulatory requirements and related provision for providers of regulated advocacy services and for those persons who are designated as the “responsible individuals” for such services.
