This Order extends to Jersey, with modifications, sections 126 to 128 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (“the 2002 Act”) and amendments of those sections, and of section 144 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (“the 1999 Act”), made by the Immigration Act 2014. This Order brings certain drugs under the control of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. Article 2(2) of this Order brings the compounds known as Pregabalin and Gabapentin under permanent control as Class C drugs under that Act.
