The School Organisation Code (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2018 / Gorchymyn y Cod Trefniadaeth Ysgolion (Diwrnod Penodedig) (Cymru) 2018
This Order appoints 1 November 2018 as the day on which the School Organisation Code (“the Code”) issued under sections 38 and 39 of the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013 (“the SSOA 2013”) by the Welsh Ministers, comes into force.
Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn pennu 1 Tachwedd 2018 fel y diwrnod y daw’r Cod Trefniadaeth Ysgolion (“y Cod”) a ddyroddwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan adrannau 38 a 39 o Ddeddf Safonau a Threfniadaeth Ysgolion (Cymru) 2013 (“DSThY 2013”) i rym.

The Merchant Shipping (Work in Fishing Convention) Regulations 2018
These Regulations implement parts of the Work in Fishing Convention, 2007 (Cm 7375) (the “Convention”). They apply to United Kingdom fishing vessels wherever they may be and to fishing vessels in United Kingdom waters.

These Regulations implement Articles 41 to 43 of the Work in Fishing Convention, 2006 (Cm 7375). They apply to United Kingdom fishing vessels wherever they may be and to other fishing vessels in United Kingdom waters.
