This Order appoints 1 November 2018 as the day on which the School Organisation Code (“the Code”) issued under sections 38 and 39 of the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013 (“the SSOA 2013”) by the Welsh Ministers, comes into force.

These Regulations implement parts of the Work in Fishing Convention, 2007 (Cm 7375) (the “Convention”). They apply to United Kingdom fishing vessels wherever they may be and to fishing vessels in United Kingdom waters.
