This Order gives effect to recommendations made by Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council to the Local Government Boundary Commission for England for related alterations of the boundaries of a district ward and a county electoral division.

Parts 1 to 3 of this instrument implement the requirements Article 7(1) and (2), and (4) to (6) of Directive 2014/94/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014 on the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure (“the Directive”).
