The Regulated Services (Annual Returns and Registration) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Rheoleiddiedig (Datganiadau Blynyddol a Chofrestru) (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2019

These Regulations amend the Regulated Services (Annual Returns) (Wales) Regulations 2017 (“the Annual Returns Regulations”) and the Regulated Services (Registration) (Wales) Regulations 2017 (“the Registration Regulations”).

Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Rheoleiddiedig (Datganiadau Blynyddol) (Cymru) 2017 (“y Rheoliadau Datganiadau Blynyddol”) a Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Rheoleiddiedig (Cofrestru) (Cymru) 2017 (“y Rheoliadau Cofrestru”).

Press release: Homes England funds first homes through local authority accelerated construction programme

Homes England awards £10.6million Local Authority Accelerated Construction funding to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. The council will use funding to prepare three sites to build 670 new homes in the borough. Funding will accelerate development of the sites using of modern methods of construction.

Press release: £78 Million Homes England funding brings over 1500 homes to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

Investment will help create two new neighbourhoods at Stratford. More than 40 per cent of homes in the first phase of the development will be affordable. The development includes schools, business and commercial space.
