The Competition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
These Regulations address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(a) to (d) and (g) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (England) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of, and paragraph 21(b) of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(b), (c) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. They are also made in part using other powers to amend legislation that is deficient, where the deficiency does not arise from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
These Regulations amend Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC (the “eIDAS Regulation”) as retained by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. They revoke the provisions relating to electronic identification; they amend the provisions relating to trust services for electronic transactions.
