The Pesticides (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(a), (d) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union.

The Firearms (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2019
These Rules make amendments to the Firearms Rules 1998 (“the Rules”) (S.I. 1998/1941) for the purpose of implementing the requirements of Directive (EU) 2017/853 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017 (“the 2017 Directive”) amending Council Directive 91/477/EEC (“the 1991 Directive”) on control of the acquisition and possession of weapons.
