The East Suffolk (Electoral Changes) Order 2018

This Order makes changes to electoral arrangements for East Suffolk following recommendations made by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England. East Suffolk is established as an authority, with effect from 1st April 2019, by virtue of the East Suffolk (Local Government Changes) Order 2018 (S.I. 2018/640). The changes made by this Order apply in respect of local government elections held on and after the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2019.

The Dorset (Electoral Changes) Order 2018

This Order makes changes to electoral arrangements for Dorset following recommendations made by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England. Dorset is established as a unitary authority, with effect from 1st April 2019, by virtue of the Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole (Structural Changes) Order 2018 (S.I. 2018/648). The changes made by this Order apply in respect of local government elections held on and after the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2019.

The Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (Electoral Changes) Order 2018

This Order makes changes to electoral arrangements for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole following recommendations made by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England. Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole is established as a unitary authority, with effect from 1st April 2019, by virtue of the Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole (Structural Changes) Order 2018 (S.I. 2018/648). The changes made by this Order apply in respect of local government elections held on and after the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2019.

The Non-Domestic Rating (Multiplier) (Wales) (No. 2) Order 2018 / Gorchymyn Ardrethu Annomestig (Lluosydd) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2018

This Order is made under paragraph 5(3) of Schedule 7 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 (“the Act”).

The Local Government Pension Scheme (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2018

These Regulations amend the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013 and the Local Government Pension Scheme (Transitional Provisions, Savings and Amendment) Regulations 2014 (“the Transitional Regulations”). Both sets of regulations came substantively into effect on 1st April 2014 and certain provisions listed in regulation 1 take effect from that date. Section 12(1) of the Superannuation Act 1972 and section 3(3)(b) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 provides that scheme regulations may make retrospective provision.

The Licensing Act 2003 (Personal and Premises Licences) (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 2018

These Regulations amend a number of the Schedules to both the Licensing Act 2003 (Personal licences) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/41) and the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/42). The forms prescribed in those Schedules set out the detailed requirements relating to applications and notices given or made under Part 3 and Part 6 of the Licensing Act 2003 (c. 17).

The Health and Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c.16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. They relate to the categories of deficiencies in retained EU law specified in section 8(2)(b), (d) and (g) of that Act.

The Health and Safety (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018
