The Bath and North East Somerset (Electoral Changes) Order 2018

This Order makes changes to electoral arrangements for the district of Bath and North East Somerset following recommendations made by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England. The area of the district of Bath and North East Somerset remains unchanged. The changes made by this Order apply in respect of local government elections held on and after the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2019.

The Windsor and Maidenhead (Electoral Changes) Order 2018

This Order makes changes to electoral arrangements for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead following recommendations made by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England. The area of the borough remains unchanged. The changes made by this Order apply in respect of local government elections held on and after the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2019.

The Leeds (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2018

This Order amends the Leeds (Electoral Changes) Order 2017 (“the 2017 Order”) which gave effect to recommendations for changes to electoral arrangements for the city of Leeds, stated in the Local Government Boundary Commission Report of March 2017. Article 2(1) of the 2017 Order referred to a map (“the Map referred to in the Leeds (Electoral Changes) Order 2017”), which showed an incorrect boundary between the wards of Beeston & Holbeck and Farnley & Wortley.

The Ionising Radiation (Basic Safety Standards) (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c.16) (“the Act”) and make amendments to the Ionising Radiation (Basic Safety Standards) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2018 (“the Regulations”) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(g) of the Act) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Local Government Finance Act 1988 (Non-Domestic Rating Multipliers) (England) Order 2018

In relation to England, the small business non-domestic rating multiplier is calculated in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 7 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 for each financial year when new rating lists are not being compiled.
