The Public Health (Minimum Price for Alcohol) (Wales) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2019 / Gorchymyn Deddf Iechyd y Cyhoedd (Isafbris am Alcohol) (Cymru) 2018 (Cychwyn Rhif 1) 2019

This Order, made by the Welsh Ministers, brings into force on 14 October 2019 section 1 (minimum price for alcohol) of the Public Health (Minimum Price for Alcohol) (Wales) Act 2018 to the extent necessary for the making of regulations under that section.

Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn, a wnaed gan Weinidogion Cymru, yn dwyn i rym ar 14 Hydref 2019 adran 1 (isafbris am alcohol) o Ddeddf Iechyd y Cyhoedd (Isafbris am Alcohol) (Cymru) 2018 i’r graddau sy’n angenrheidiol ar gyfer gwneud rheoliadau o dan yr adran honno.

These Regulations make miscellaneous amendments to secondary legislation in the field of sea fisheries that relates to Wales and the Welsh zone.

The Legislation (Wales) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019 / Gorchymyn Deddf Deddfwriaeth (Cymru) 2019 (Cychwyn) 2019

This Order brings Part 2 of the Legislation (Wales) Act 2019, which makes provision about the interpretation and operation of Welsh legislation, fully into force on 1 January 2020. Part 2 of the Act will therefore apply to Assembly Acts that receive Royal Assent on or after 1 January 2020, and to Welsh subordinate instruments made on or after that date.

Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn dwyn Rhan 2 o Ddeddf Deddfwriaeth (Cymru) 2019, sy’n gwneud darpariaeth ynghylch dehongli a gweithredu deddfwriaeth Cymru, i rym yn llawn ar 1 Ionawr 2020. Felly bydd Rhan 2 o’r Ddeddf yn gymwys i Ddeddfau’r Cynulliad sy’n cael y Cydsyniad Brenhinol ar 1 Ionawr 2020 neu ar ôl 1 Ionawr 2020, ac i is-offerynnau Cymreig a wneir ar y dyddiad hwnnw neu ar ôl y dyddiad hwnnw.

The A6055 (A1(M) Junction 52, Catterick Interchange) (Trunking) Order 2019

As part of the upgrading of the A1 Trunk Road to motorway status, two new roundabouts were constructed on the A6055 on either side of the A1(M) Motorway at Junction 52 (Catterick Interchange), which together form a ‘dumbbell roundabout’ arrangement at this grade separated junction passing over the A1(M). In order to take responsibility for managing and maintaining the entire Catterick Interchange, the Secretary of State will become the highway authority for the highways described in the Schedule to this Order.

The National Health Service (Amendments Relating to Serious Shortage Protocols) (Wales) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Diwygiadau sy’n Ymwneud â Phrotocolau Prinder Difrifol) (Cymru) 2019

These Regulations amend the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Wales) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/898 (W. 102)) (“the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations”). The Pharmaceutical Services Regulations govern the arrangements for the provision of pharmaceutical and local pharmaceutical services in Wales, under Part 7 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c. 42).

Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau’r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Gwasanaethau Fferyllol) (Cymru) 2013 (O.S. 2013/898 (Cy. 102)) (“y Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Fferyllol”). Mae’r Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Fferyllol yn llywodraethu’r trefniadau ar gyfer darparu gwasanaethau fferyllol a gwasanaethau fferyllol lleol yng Nghymru, o dan Ran 7 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006 (p. 42).

The Drax Power (Generating Stations) Order 2019

This Order authorises Drax Power Limited (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to construct, operate and maintain up to two gas fired electricity generating stations and up to two battery storage energy facilities. The Order would permit the undertaker to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.
