The Airports Slot Allocation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c.16) (“the 2018 Act”) in order to address failures in retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(a), (b), (c), (e) and (g) and (5) and (6)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Pesticides and Fertilisers (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations make amendments to subordinate legislation in the field of pesticides and, in particular, amend legislation relating to plant protection products, the maximum residue levels of pesticides, the sustainable use of pesticides, and associated legislation relating to fees and charges. These Regulations also makes amendments to subordinate legislation in the field of fertilisers that is out of date.

The Environmental Protection (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8 of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 in order to make amendments to a number of pieces of subordinate Northern Ireland environmental protection legislation in relation to waste management and air and environmental quality control.

The Environmental Impact Assessment (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular section 8(2)(a), (b), (d) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Waste (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c.16) in order to make amendments to subordinate legislation to the waste regime. They address failures of retained EU law to allow effective operation and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

The Adoption Support Services (Wales) Regulations 2019 / Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Cymorth Mabwysiadu (Cymru) 2019

These Regulations are made under the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (“the 2002 Act”). Section 2(6) of the 2002 Act provides that counselling, advice and information, and any other services prescribed by regulations, in relation to adoption, are adoption support services. Regulation 3(1) of these Regulations prescribes services which are adoption support services.

Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn wedi eu gwneud o dan Ddeddf Mabwysiadu a Phlant 2002 (“Deddf 2002”). Mae adran 2(6) o Ddeddf 2002 yn darparu bod cwnsela, cyngor a gwybodaeth, ac unrhyw wasanaethau eraill a ragnodir gan reoliadau, mewn perthynas â mabwysiadu, yn wasanaethau cymorth mabwysiadu. Mae rheoliad 3(1) o’r Rheoliadau hyn yn rhagnodi gwasanaethau sy’n wasanaethau cymorth mabwysiadu.
