The Climate Change (Carbon Budgets) (Wales) Regulations 2018 / Rheoliadau Newid yn yr Hinsawdd (Cyllidebau Carbon) (Cymru) 2018

These Regulations provide for a maximum total amount for the net Welsh emissions account (a carbon budget) for the first two budgetary periods, 2016-2020 and 2021- 2025, provided for in section 31(3) of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016.

Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn darparu cyfanswm uchaf ar gyfer cyfrif allyriadau net Cymru (cyllideb garbon) am y ddau gyfnod cyllidebol cyntaf, 2016-2020 a 2021-2025, y darperir ar eu cyfer yn adran 31(3) o Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd (Cymru) 2016.

The Carbon Accounting (Wales) Regulations 2018 / Rheoliadau Cyfrifyddu Carbon (Cymru) 2018

These Regulations make provision about carbon accounting and carbon units for the purposes of calculating the net Welsh emissions account under Part 2 of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016.

Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn gwneud darpariaeth ynghylch cyfrifyddu carbon ac unedau carbon at ddibenion cyfrifo cyfrif allyriadau net Cymru o dan Ran 2 o Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd (Cymru) 2016.

The Climate Change (International Aviation and International Shipping) (Wales) Regulations 2018 / Rheoliadau Newid yn yr Hinsawdd (Hedfan Rhyngwladol a Morgludiant Rhyngwladol) (Cymru) 2018

These Regulations provide a formula for determining what emissions of greenhouse gases from international aviation and international shipping are to be regarded as Welsh emissions for the purposes of section 34(2) of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016.

The Trade Barriers (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations, which come into force on exit day revoke Regulation (EU) 2015/1843 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 October 2015 laying down Union procedures in the field of the common commercial policy in order to ensure the exercise of the Union’s rights under international trade rules, in particular those established under the auspices of the World Trade Organization (OJ No L 272, 16.10.15, p. 1) (“The Trade Barriers Regulation”). This EU Regulation describes how EU businesses and Member States can raise concerns with EU institutions about barriers to trade in third country markets.

The European Economic Interest Grouping (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under paragraphs (a), (b), (d) and (g) of section 8(2)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
